Gonçalo Fabião

Gonçalo Fabião graduated in Law (2016) and completed the curricular year of the Master in Legal Science (2018), specializing in Fundamental Rights, at the University of Lisbon School of Law. He holds a Master di II livello in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy (2022) from the University of Genoa, in partnership with the University of Girona. He is enrolled in the PhD in Law at the University of Lisbon School of Law (since 2022). He works as a guest assistant in the same institution, integrated into the Political Legal Sciences Group (since 2016). He is an assistant researcher at LPL and a member of the Lisbon Legal Theory (LLT). His research interests cover Constitutional Law, Fundamental Rights, Administrative Law, Administrative Litigation, Right of Access to Administrative Information, Personal Data Law and Legal Theory.
