Funding

 Funding for the completion of a PhD

Objective: To encourage the invited lecturers at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon to complete their PhDs that are in preparation.
Recipients: Guest Assistants at the University of Lisbon School of Law.
Funding: The funding may consist of i) the allocation of a monthly financial allowance; ii) the acquisition of publications not available in the FDUL Library; and iii) the allocation of funds to enable travel abroad for research purposes.
How to apply: Applications must be submitted via email to icjp@fd.ulisboa.pt and will be reviewed by a jury, which will submit a proposal for a final decision to the ICJP Directive Board.

Funding for academic travel

Objective: To support travel abroad for the presentation of papers, participation in conferences, or similar activities.
Recipients: ICJP members and Lisbon Public Law researchers.
Funding: The funding may consist of providing the applicant with net amounts or directly covering expenses, depending on the circumstances and the most appropriate approach.
How to apply: Applications must be submitted via email to icjp@fd.ulisboa.pt, with the final decision being made by a jury.

 Funding for the publication of works

Objective: To assist with the publication of works, covering costs requested by the publisher as a condition for the work's publication.
Recipients: ICJP members and Lisbon Public Law researchers.
Funding: The funding may consist of providing the applicant with net amounts or directly covering expenses, depending on the circumstances and the most appropriate approach.
How to apply: Applications must be submitted via email to icjp@fd.ulisboa.pt, with the final decision being made by a jury.

Funding for the publication of peer-reviewed articles

Objective: To increase the number of peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals by granting a financial incentive.
Recipients: Lisbon Public Law integrated researchers.
Funding: The funding may consist of providing the applicant with net amounts or directly covering expenses, depending on the circumstances and the most appropriate approach.
How to apply: Applications must be submitted via email to the Lisbon Public Law Executive Coordinator at researchoffice@lisbonpubliclaw.pt in January of each year, referring to publications from the previous year, and must include proof of final acceptance of the article following the peer review process.

 Funding for the publication of e-books

Objective: To assist with the publication of e-books on the ICJP website.
Recipients: All interested parties.
Funding: The funding consists of the publication of the e-book, with costs covered by Lisbon Public Law or ICJP, subject to approval by the ICJP Directive Board, which may delegate this authority to a member of the Directive Board or to the ICJP Secretary-General.
