Political Assumptions of Public Law Concepts

This research project has the main objective of analysing to what extent the concepts of Public Law have, or not, an epistemologically autonomous configuration within Public Law. The aim is to evaluate and explore these pre-legal or meta-normative principles or foundations from the point of view of Political Philosophy, Political Science and History, in order to question the exclusively legal nature of their assumptions.
