Tiago Barboza

Tiago Rodrigues Barboza is a PhD student in Legal-Political Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a Master in Public Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro. Currently, he works as a guest assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. At the research level, his interests focus on topics related to Constitutional Law and Legal Theory. His object of study within the scope of the PhD relates to the analysis of the relationship between the theme of indeterminacy of Law and the decisions made within the scope of constitutional courts.
