Bio
Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2005).
Postgraduate degrees in Legistics and Legislative Science and in Public Contract Law, both at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2007). Postgraduate in Administrative and Fiscal Justice, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2008).
Completion of the academic part of the scientific Master's degree (mention of Legal-Political Sciences) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2010).
PhD in Law (Legal-Political Sciences mention) from the University of Lisbon (2022).
Lawyer (since 2008).
Researcher at the Public Law Research Center and Guest Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (since 2023), where he was a Guest Assistant between 2013 and 2023.
Arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Center (since 2014).
Author of more than eighty publications.
Winner of the Prize in Homage to Professor Doutor Jorge Miranda (AAFDL, 2012) and the António Barbosa de Melo Prize for Parliamentary Studies (Assembleia da República, 2020).
Co-founder and member of the Executive Board of the Revista de Direito Administrativo (since 2017).
Secretary General of the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences (since 2021).
Member of the Scientific Council of VdA Academia (since 2023).
His research interests focus mainly on Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, here with a special focus on the areas of Public Procurement and Administrative Litigation.
