On 25 November, the LPL-ICJP is organising a conference – with free admission – dedicated to the role of local authorities in achieving the objectives and fulfilling the obligations set out in the Framework Law on Climate Change. Across five panels, experts, academics and representatives from public bodies will discuss topics such as spatial planning, climate risks, urban planning, the funding of municipal policies, the circular management of resources and liability for climate inaction.
