Bio

Since 2013, Tiago Serrão has been a Guest Assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He has taught several subjects, including Constitutional Law, Fundamental Rights, Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation. He has a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2006) and a master's degree in Legal-Political Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2013). He has published work in the area of Public Law, especially in the field of Administrative Law. He has participated, as a teacher and speaker, in multiple courses and conferences in the same area. He is currently Director of the Revista de Direito Administrativo and is a member of the Advisory Board of e-Pública – Revista Eletrónica de Direito Público. He practices specialized law (in Public Law), in individual practice. He is an arbitrator in administrative arbitration.
