Bio

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (FDUL), with a PhD, Master's and Bachelor's degree from the same institution. He has taught subjects on Administrative Law, Fundamental Rights, Constitutional Law, Philosophy of Law and Public Policies. His main research interests are, in addition to the aforementioned subjects, the Theory of Law, the Science of Legislation, Public Contracting and Regulatory Law. He frequently speaks on these topics in national and international conferences. He is an associate at the Institute of Legal-Political Sciences at FDUL, principal investigator at the Center for Research in Public Law and founding member of LxLTG – Lisbon Legal Theory Group. He is also Executive Director of Revista e-Pública: Electronic Journal of Public Law and peer reviewer in several national and international legal and philosophical magazines, including Diritto and Questioni Pubbliche – Rivista di Filosofia del Diritto e Cultura Giuridica (Università degli Studi di Palermo) , Nordic Journal of Human Rights, Revista de Direito Administrativo (FGV Direito Rio) and Quaestio Facti – International Journal of Evidentiary Reasoning (Universitat Girona).
