Jorge Silva Sampaio

Guest assistant at the University of Lisbon School of Law since 2012. He has a bachelor's, master's degree and doctorate in law from the same institution. He is an associate at the Institute of Legal-Political Sciences and a member of LLT – Lisbon Legal Theory. He has taught Introduction to the Study of Law, Fundamental Rights, Constitutional Law, Political Science and Constitutional Justice. His preferred research areas are the Theory and Philosophy of Law — and its intersection with areas of philosophy such as the philosophy of language, metaethics and metaphysics — Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights.
