Bio
Francisco Paes Marques has a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, having obtained a Master's degree in Legal-Political Sciences at the same Faculty with the dissertation “As relações Jurídicas Administrativas Multipolares (Contributo para a sua compreensão substantiva)” and the degree PhD in Legal and Political Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2009). He is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. His research interests lie mainly in the areas of administrative law, administrative litigation and European Union law. Among his publications are ““A Efectividade da Tutela de Terceiros no Contencioso Administrativo” and “A Excepção de Ilegalidade no Contencioso da União Europeia”.
