Transformações da Teoria Geral do Direito Administrativo

On 20 October, Lisbon Public Law and the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences will host the second edition of the seminar Transformations in the General Theory of Administrative Law, bringing together researchers from the University of Lisbon School of Law and the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Throughout the day, the seminar will examine the latest developments in Administrative Law, with particular emphasis on emerging legal doctrine, forms of administrative action, information, digitalisation, risk and participation. The event is scientifically coordinated by Francisco Paes Marques, LPL researcher, and Eurico Bitencourt Neto, from UFMG.
