Event Description
The I Meeting on Basic Legal Positions is a two-day seminar, on 15 and 16 September, dedicated to the exciting world of legal positions with speakers from both the common law and the civil law traditions and backgrounds in the legal domain and moral philosophy.
It is the first event organised by the Research Forum on Basic Legal Positions. It is a joint venture formed by the Centre for Legal Theory of the National University of Singapore and the Lisbon Legal Theory from the University of Lisbon.
