I Encontro da Revista e-publica

We are delighted to present the 1st e-Publica Journal Conference on “The Court of Auditors and the Paradigms of Financial Control”. On 13 November, this event brings together academics and practitioners in Public and Financial Law to discuss the role of the Portuguese Court of Auditors (Tribunal de Contas) in overseeing public spending. Over the afternoon, we will look at its institutional framework, prior review (visto prévio) and financial liability. We will make room for critical reflection and for dialogue between theory and practice, at a time when the models for the State’s financial control are being debated.
