16º Congresso Nacional da Contratação Pública

The "National Public Procurement Congress" is an annual event, co-organised by LPL, APMEP (Portuguese Public Markets’ Association) and OPET (Engineering and Technology Foresight Observatory), which provides a forum for reflection and debate for those interested in public procurement issues. It is also a meeting point for entities and professionals in the sector, with a markedly interdisciplinary nature.

Recognized for its importance - and often attended by government representatives -, its 16th edition will take place on 21 November at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, with diverse panels discussing solutions for improving public procurement, in a context of profound administrative reform (at the national level) and a review of European directives (at the European level).
