A nova lei de execução do Regulamento dos Serviços Digitais

LPL's Lisbon Digital Rights, in partnership with NOVA Law, is organising, on 11 May, a lecture dedicated to the new national implementing law of the Digital Services Act. The event brings together experts from academia and professional practice, providing an excellent opportunity to discuss the practical implications of this new regulatory framework, as well as its impact on digital governance, the protection of fundamental rights, and platform accountability. Scientific coordination is ensured by Professors Filipe Brito Bastos and Domingos Farinho, and the session will feature a panel of speakers with recognised expertise in digital law and regulation
