- The Old and the New in International Climate Litigation will explore what is genuinely groundbreaking in these opinions, and what builds on earlier lines of reasoning in international law and climate litigation.

The roundtable will conclude with the launch of Climate Change before International Courts: A Comparative Study, a collective work to which all the invited speakers have contributed to, and with the public launch of the Lisbon Environmental Law Databases — a new, open-access resource to support research and practice in environmental law.
