The set of scientific articles that are now published as a collective work correspond, almost entirely, to the presentations made at the conference entitled «Hans Kelsen's thought: influences, context and current affairs» held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, on the 12, 13 and 14 December 2018. The conference corresponded to a scientific output from the research line of LxLTG – Lisbon Legal Theory Group and had the institutional support of the Public Law Research Center / Institute of Legal-Political Sciences and Center of Private Law Research, both from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
