Welcome to

“Lisbon Digital Rights” is a cross-disciplinary Public Law research cluster based at the University of Lisbon, within the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre. It aims to further high-standard research on the legal digital sphere from the perspective of human and fundamental rights, from International, Constitutional or Administrative law domains.
It brings together researchers from Lisbon Public Law with different research interests but which converge in the study of the digital area, from a Public Law perspective. The main areas of research follow what has been the European Union's digital agenda, namely attention to electronic Government and digital Public Administration, data protection and the regulation of online platforms and artificial intelligence.
