Bio
Tiago Fidalgo de Freitas is a guest assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, as well as executive coordinator and assistant researcher at the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre. He was a researcher at the European University Institute (Florence, Italy), where he completed an LL.M. in Comparative, European and International Law, he was a visiting researcher at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas School of Law (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), he was a Hauser Global Scholar at the NYU School of Law (New York, USA), where he completed an LL.M. , also obtained the Diploma from the Academy of European Public Law (Legraina, Greece), and graduated in Law summa cum laude, mention of legal-political sciences, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (Lisbon, Portugal). He is currently a member of the Commission for Access to Administrative Documents, elected by the Assembly of the Republic, and senior consultant at the State Legal Competence Center (JurisAPP).
