Bio
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2015) and holds a Master's degree from the same institution, specialising in Administrative Law (2023). He is the author of several scientific publications, has been a collaborating researcher at the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre since February 2019 and has actively collaborated with FDUL's moot courts since 2014, in particular within the framework of the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He was an advisor to the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs in the XXI Constitutional Government, between February 2018 and October 2019, and to the Minister of National Defence in the XXII Constitutional Government, between October 2019 and September 2021. He is currently an associate lawyer at Cuatrecasas.
