On 29 October, LPL will host an international conference dedicated to the main legal challenges surrounding the ownership, management and regulation of public infrastructure. The programme will bring together academics and professionals from different countries to examine ownership and management models, the legal framework governing infrastructure under European Union law, critical physical infrastructure and the Portuguese experience in this field.
