Features and challenges of Global South Climate Litigation

On October 24, we will host Professor Maria Antonia Tigre Simões Barbosa, from the Sabin Center for Climate Change at Columbia Law School, who will discuss the "Characteristics and challenges of climate litigation in the Global South". This event is being coordinated by LPL researcher Professor Heloísa Oliveira and is free to attend, in the Arbitration Room 2 of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon or via zoom.
