Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 1998; Master's degree in Legal-Political Sciences, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (master's thesis on the topic Contribution to the study of Health Law: the provision of health care), in 2002; PhD from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in the specialization area of Legal-Political Sciences with the theme The right to health protection and the content of the provision of medical care, in February 2016. Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, since 2016; Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon since 1999; Attorney, Speaker at Master's and Postgraduate Courses, conferences and seminars, especially in the areas of Health Law, Personal Data Protection, International Human Protection, Administrative Law and Public Procurement.
