Oscar Hernández Santiago

Research topic: Judicial decision-making in Mexico. From syllogism to multi-level dialogue

He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Law, as well as PhD in History from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He was a doctoral fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Legal History and Legal Theory. He currently serves as a postdoctoral resercher at El Colegio Mexiquense and a professor at the Universidad Nacional Rosario Castellanos.
