María Gabriela Scataglini: PhD in Philosophy of Law (2018) from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Associate Professor (interim) of Theory of Law at University of Buenos Aires, and lecturer in postgraduate courses at UBA. Professor in the Master’s School of Criminal Law at Torcuato Di Tella University (UTdT). Author of the book Rule-Following: the “Pragmatic Sting” in Legal Theory (Marcial Pons, 2021) and many articles published in Análisis Filosófico, Analisi e Diritto, Crítica, Discusiones, Isonomía, Revus, and Springer. Coordinator of the Permanent Seminar on Legal Theory “Alchourrón and Bulygin”(UBA)
