Bio
Pedro Oliveira Penha Neto graduated with a degree in Law from the Sete de Setembro University Centre (UNI7), Brazil. He is currently a PhD candidate in Law and Legal and Political Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (FDUL), where he is also a researcher at Lisbon Public Law and holds a research fellowship from the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). He completed a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science, specialising in Fundamental Rights, at FDUL. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Animal Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, and Constitutional Law and Procedure. His research focuses on the areas of Constitutional Law, Fundamental Rights, Environmental Law and Animal Law.
