He is currently undertaking a PhD in Legal and Political Sciences, specialising in Administrative Law, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where he also serves as an Invited Assistant Lecturer. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration Law (2016) from the Private Law Research Centre. Since 2023, he has worked as an Advisor in the Office of the Ombudsman, having previously practised as a lawyer in the field of Administrative Law between 2018 and 2023 (with his registration with the Bar Association currently suspended).

He has experience in preparing legal studies and opinions in the areas of Administrative Law and Constitutional Law.
