Presentation format
You will have 15 minutes to describe your work to a multidisciplinary audience with a genuine interest in your field, followed by an informed discussion.
What to submit
The initial submission must be an abstract with a maximum of 200 words. Later on, the selected abstracts must be submitted as full-length papers with 4500 - 6000 words.
Will the articles be published?
Yes, the publication is guaranteed either in conference proceedings or a Special Issue in a leading peer-reviewed scientific journal.TbD).

- Acceptance decisions will be made available on May 15;
- Selected abstracts must be submitted as full-length articles until 30 September for publication in proceedings/special issue.

Every presenter is required to register and pay before attending the conference.
Presenters are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Presenters who do not finalize their registration on time are not guaranteed to be included in the final program.
Lunch, coffee breaks, and support material (e.g., conference booklet) are included in the registration fee. There is a discount on the registration fee for students.
