Telmo Coutinho Rodrigues

Telmo Coutinho Rodrigues has a degree (2016) in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He is currently preparing his dissertation as part of the Masters in Law and Legal Science – Administrative Law, at the same Faculty. Postgraduate in Energy Law from the Faculty of Law of the Lisbon School of the Portuguese Catholic University. He has been a Guest Assistant in the Legal-Political Sciences Group at FDUL since September 2022; he has been Assistant Integrated Researcher at the Lisbon Public Law Research Center since the same date. His research activity focuses on the area of Administrative Law, with a special focus on Energy Law and Environmental Law, as well as in the area of Norm Theory, having participated in academic events and published in these areas. He has been a lawyer since 2018, and is currently an Associate at PLMJ – Sociedade de Advogados, RL.
