Bio
Rui Guerra da Fonseca has a degree, master's degree and doctorate in law from FDUL, where he has taught since 1998. PhD in Legal-Political Sciences – Administrative Law (“O Fundamento da Autotutela Executiva da Administração Pública – Contributo para a sua compreensão como problema jurídico-político”, Almedina, Coimbra, 2012). During his degree, he has taught subjects such as International Protection of Human Rights, Public International Law II – Law of the Sea, and Political Science. In the master's and doctorate, Constitutional Law, Public International Law and International Human Rights Law. Main areas of research: Global Administrative Law; Law of the Sea; International Human Rights Law. Coordinator of the PG Course in Administration and Regulation of Maritime Space (ICJP). Jurisconsult and arbitrator.
