Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
PhD, from the same Faculty, in 2015, with a thesis entitled “Lei e Sentença – Separação dos Poderes Legislativo e Judicial no Constitucionalismo Português”.
Member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences at the University of Lisbon.
Guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa since 2008.
Guest trainer at the Center for Judicial Studies, the National Institute of Administration and the Institute of Management and Public Administration.
Graduated from the European Academy of Public Law in 2007.
Speaker at conferences and seminars organised by Universities and other public and private entities on topics in the areas of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law.
Author of books and articles on subjects in the same areas.
Arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Center, the National Construction Arbitration Center, the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Institute of Management and Public Administration and the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Center of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon
