Bio

Felipe Andrade is a research fellow (PhD) funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) affiliated with the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre. He carries out research on public law and the defence of democracy (militant democracy). He is a PhD student and Master in Law (specialty in Legal-Political Sciences) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He also carries out research in the area of Legistics and Better Regulation. He is content editor for the IAL (International Association of Legislation) website.
