Constitutional Identity

We begin 2025 with another cooperation project between the USP Faculty of Law and the UL Faculty of Law, with the Conference "Constitutional Identity: Between Europe and the Nation-States" held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon on 31 January. This conference is part of the USP Faculty of Law's Postgraduate Law Seminar "Democracy and Constitutional Jurisdiction", which will take place between 27 and 30 January.
