On February 28th, the second Constitutional Law workshop was held, with Professor Virgílio Afonso da Silva, from the Faculty of Law of USP, on the themes “Standing in the shadows of balancing: Proportionality and the necessity test” and “Transformation and Its Limits Proportionality, Courts and Socioeconomic Rights in Brazil”.
