Ana Gouveia Martins

Ana Gouveia Martins has a PhD in Law in the legal-political field from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Her doctoral dissertation was on the subject of modifying administration contracts ("Contributo para uma desconstrução dogmática da teoria do facto do príncipe") and, outside academia, she practices law and legal consultancy and arbitration. Ana's research interests lie mainly in the area of ​​Administrative Law, with a focus on Public Procurement, Public Goods Law, Energy Law and Administrative Litigation.
