No entanto, a quest\u00e3o n\u00e3o era desconhecida nem da literatura nem do direito internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ach\u00e1mos que seria necess\u00e1rio um trabalho jur\u00eddico coletivo que ligasse as cidades e as altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas. Este livro est\u00e1 dividido em tr\u00eas partes. A primeira parte \u00e9 dedicada ao papel das cidades na governan\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica, come\u00e7ando com uma perspetiva ampla e focando no exemplo da B\u00e9lgica. A segunda parte centra-se no incontorn\u00e1vel fen\u00f3meno do contencioso clim\u00e1tico, onde as cidades tamb\u00e9m desempenham um papel relevante.
