]]> ICJP announces the opening of an international recruitment procedure for one post-doctoral researcher in Law, to be hired under an unfixed-term employment contract, for the performance of scientific research activities within the framework of the project LIFE ECOFORCE – Environmental Crime Directive: Operational Framework for Optimised Response and Compliance Enforcement.

The successful candidate will join an international research team dedicated to the study and implementation of legal and institutional mechanisms for the prevention, monitoring and prosecution of environmental crime, contributing to the scientific development of the project and the achievement of its objectives.

The LIFE ECOFORCE project (Grant Agreement No. 101295126) is funded by the European Union’s LIFE Programme and managed by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA). The activities currently funded under the project are expected to run until 31 August 2028, with the research duties associated with this position expected to last 24 months.

Interested applicants are invited to consult the call for applications for detailed information regarding eligibility requirements, contractual conditions, research activities to be undertaken, and the application procedure.

]]> Encontra-se aberto concurso para a atribuição de 1 (uma) bolsa destinada a apoiar a frequência do programa LL.M. in Legal Theory, da European Academy of Legal Theory, acolhido pela Goethe-University, em Frankufut/Main, por estudante ou mestre da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, na área de Direito Público.

O programa corresponde a um curso avançado de mestrado em Teoria do Direito, com duração de 1 ano letivo (2 semestres), 60 ECTS e ensino em língua inglesa, sendo organizado no âmbito de um consórcio universitário da European Academy of Legal Theory e frequentado presencialmente em uma ou mais universidades parceiras.

A bolsa destina-se exclusivamente ao pagamento dos custos do curso (EUR 7200). Todas as demais despesas associadas à frequência do programa serão suportadas pelo estudante selecionado.

]]> The Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas (ICJP) is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of a Graduate Staff for editorial management and coordination at the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre (LPL), in particular the editorial coordination of LPL Editions, which includes the electronic journal of public law – e-Publica. The position, full-time and under a fixed-term contract of indefinite duration, will focus primarily on editorial management, text editing, and support for scientific publishing in digital format. The remuneration corresponds to the 1st pay grade in the “Técnico Superior” career, with the possibility of progression. The contract includes a six-month probationary period. The call is governed by the Labour Code and is open to candidates with a degree in Languages, Literatures, or related fields, with excellent command of Portuguese, English, and IT tools, and with preference given to those with previous experience in editing, XML-JATS markup, and familiarity with academic publishing
