No passado dia 28 de Fevereiro, realizou-se o segundo workshop de Direito Constitucional, com o Professor Virgílio Afonso da Silva, da Faculdade de Direito da USP, sobre os temas “Standing in the shadows of balancing: Proportionality and the necessity test” e “Transformation and Its Limits Proportionality, Courts and Socioeconomic Rights in Brazil”.
